The San Jose FORCE have expanded the sensory support program at General Electric Field, adding a second sensory room and increasing the number of sensory kits available to guests.
What Is Available
- Two quiet sensory rooms, on the main concourse behind section 122 and on the upper concourse behind section 318
- Sensory kits containing noise-reducing headphones, fidget tools and visual cue cards, available at any Guest Services location
- A pre-visit guide describing sounds, lighting and crowd conditions, available on the Stadium page
- Trained staff at every Guest Services desk
Sensory kits are available at no charge and require only a photo ID, which is returned when the kit is brought back.
“Football should be available to every family in this region. That means building a venue that works for how different people experience it.” VP, Community Relations, San Jose FORCE
Planning a Visit
Guests who would like to arrange support in advance can contact the club before their visit. Full accessibility information, including accessible seating, parking and assistive listening devices, is available on the Stadium page.
