FoundationFORCE Nation turned out in force this December, filling every collection bin at General Electric Field and supporting families across Santa Clara County.
FoundationPlayers and staff spent the morning planting trees, clearing trails and repainting benches alongside more than a hundred neighborhood volunteers.
YouthMore than four hundred kids aged 8 to 14 took the field this fall to learn fundamentals, teamwork and safe play from FORCE coaching staff.
Buster is the official mascot of the San Jose FORCE. Since debuting at the club’s inaugural home opener in 2023, Buster has become one of the most recognizable figures at General Electric Field — leading the team onto the field, rallying the crowd from the sidelines, and greeting fans at every gate.
Away from game day, Buster visits schools, hospitals and community events throughout the greater San Jose area, bringing energy and a signature wave everywhere FORCE Nation gathers. In December 2025, Buster was named to the Schmeague Mascot Honor Roll in recognition of outstanding community engagement.
The FORCE Foundation is the charitable arm of the club, supporting youth, health and education programs across the greater San Jose area year-round.
